Second Movement is a software engineering and advisory practice.

We work with a small number of organizations on technical problems that resist easy answers. The work spans diagnosis, architecture, and execution, usually where something important is unclear: a system under strain, a consequential decision, or a problem that has not yet come into focus. The aim is clarity, sound structure, and judgment that holds up under scrutiny.

We are deliberately selective. Second Movement is not a high-volume consultancy, and not a practice built around trend-chasing. We work where experience and precision can materially change the outcome.
